Shipping policy


DUE TO COVID-19 most shipping companies (UPS, USPS, etc) are not guaranteeing ship time or accepting responsibility for delays. Once your order leaves our property we have zero control about how they handle your package. While 99% of orders make it to your doorstep no problem, you will need to contact the individual shipping carrier if your package does not arrive as scheduled.

We ship directly from our store in Las Vegas, NV. We are committed to servicing our customers all over the U.S. by cutting down on ship times as well as offering plenty of in stock options both online and in store.

We are currently shipping within 3 business days, though in most cases we are getting shipments out faster! We ship via UPS or USPS (United States Post Office). All international orders are shipped via USPS or whatever is the cheapest method. 

In the off chance that there was an error in inventory or the product is unavailable we will contact you ASAP to give you options or to offer a refund.

Original Packaging
Skates will always be sent in original packaging unless there is an underlying circumstance that prevents the original to be used. Gear and other accessories will occasionally be removed from their original packaging to best fit in a shipping box. Unless originally stated on the product description all products sold and shipped are new and unused condition and will be shipped that way.

Back Orders and Pre-Books
We do not offer back orders or Pre-Books. Everything on our site is in stock and ready to ship. In the case of an item oversell we will give you the option to backorder it and we will give you an expected timeline. 

International Orders

We currently ship worldwide!

There are no US taxes; however, you will be responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties, and taxes. Because each country is different, and these fees change often, we do not know about all of these fees. Your local post office or customs office can give you this information.

If any international order is refused upon delivery for any reason, all customs and duty charges will be billed to you. Once a package enters your country, these charges are not reversible, whether the package is delivered to you or not. No credit will be issued for orders that are abandoned or refused.


We reserve the right to limit the sale of roller skates that are the same size and color to one per person. With Moxi's they are limited to one Moxi purchase per person. We are ACTIVELY fighting re-sellers and will cancel your order without notice if we are notified or discover you are a re-seller or have bought multiple pairs of Moxi's with us in the last 6 months.
